Protein assesses of the injury dgree to the kidneys caused by virus. It can be detected on urine analysis, because alcohol concentration is greater than 50mg/dl. In the first period, the increasing permeability of glomerular is caused by the virus existing there. In final period, These dogs will gets hypoglycemia.

Test results show that Clinical diagnosing with ICH is a prime method. before it gets a death, perform serological tests, analyze virus by immunofluorescence method, virus staining in diseased tissue.
